Angular developer for a fascinating video editor project

We are looking for an Angular expert to help up kick this interesting project of video creation automation.

This project is like canva.com for videos.

At least 5 years of experience in web apps and Angular.
Technology-
Front-end: Angular 7
Grid framework: bootstrap

We already have a backend developer (node.js) to support the frontend via API.
HTML / CSS5 is already done as well.

Just a kick-ass angular developer is missing
