Hello! We are looking for someone to help us reimagine a brick ranch home. We have a vision of what we want but are struggling to get it down on paper for the permits. This home is a fix and flip because that is part of what we do at Peak and Valley Properties. We are a small group of individuals who create updated beautiful homes to last another 30 years. This particular project is just a smidge above past endeavors so we are reaching out to see if we can find a little help.
