Python developer or R developer to create PDF reader for structuring text inside PDF

Results needed:
- The task is to create a script or bot to automatically read >5000 PDF documents located in folder C:/X/X.
- All PDFs follow the structure of either template A or template B.
- We will explain which information to search for in both template A and template B.
- All extracted information should be saved into a CSV file in a structured manner.

- All succesfully extracted PDFs should be moved to either folder C:/X/A or C:/X/B according to the pattern.
- All PDFs that appear not to be following the template structure should be moved to folder C:/X/C.

- We will provide you with a sufficient number of PDFs to develop and test the script.
- We expect you to share the final script(s) with us so we can use it for further activities ourselves.

- Quick and accurate way of working.
- Good availability on short term.
- If the collaboration works out well, we might request your help for other projects.
I will share an example of one of the patterns at the left side of the file. We will provide you with English explanations and instructions about this file.
