Need to develop a project 3D and rendering for office

We need to develop a project for a office that is totally empty and we need to furniture and decorate.
The information are below indicated:

1.Blueprints and space images: photos and blueprint. At the moment I have no better here.
2. Divisions:
2.1 Individual offices: we need 3 individual offices that usually is for only 1 person., but with the possibility for increase to 4 people (internal meetings).
2.2 We need a large meeting room that also can be used for internal formations.
2.3 We need to create a space where the people can eat, take coffe and have a break
2.4 We need to create a open space for the people ( +/- 35 people)
3.Inspiration: we attached some pictures
4. Employees age : 40 years in average

We need a environment modern and cozy that will allow the people that stay long hours on office feel more comfortable. Including plants and decorations it is very important to create this kind of environment.
