Founded in 2010, JMA Web Technologies data entry solutions integrate with QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, and Xero. Our software syncs customers, inventory, products, and sales to eliminate double entry. JMA is headquartered in the Boston area. We are a knowledgeable, close-knit team of professionals that are well versed in ecommerce and finance. Our customers include mostly small and medium businesses, many of whom sell on Amazon.

About the position

We are seeking a social, self-driven software developer with a customer-first mindset to join our team for a permanent, 100% remote, full-time position. Here are the responsibilities:

Apply updates from our integration partners to keep our software running smooth.

Refactor code and write unit tests.

Fix coding issues that customers report to us.

Work with customers to resolve technical issues.

C#, Visual Studio, and MVC experience. We can offer some training.

Some jQuery and HTML experience is a plus.

2 -5 years of work experience.

Good communication skills.

Desire to help customers resolve their technical issues.

Our staff is primarily metro-west and we are seeking someone within an hour of Boston.

SaaS and Zendesk experience is a plus, but not required. Any work experience with e-commerce websites or Accounting software is also highly desirable.
