We are looking for an expert to configure our company local network

Greetings,

We are looking for an expert network administrator with expertise in Unifi Security Gateway Router and Cisco Router to re-configure our existing company local network.
Currently, we have two separate local networks in our office:
1- All PCs connected to a Unifi switch and then from switch to a Unifi Security Gateway and from there to Internet (Corporate Network - 192.168.1.x)
2- The Second network consists of a server and this server connected to a Cisco 2911 Router and from there to internet. This router already have to VPN connectivity with two remote locations (Test Network - 192.168.166.x)
Both networks are based in same physical location (datacenter) however there is no connectivity between this two network.
Project Aims:
1-Review the current configurations of both networks and suggest better network topology
1- Reconfigure the Corporate Network and Test Network base on review
2- Establishing VPN or any other type of connectivity between Corporate Network and Test Network
The work can be done remote. We have one IT person with limited knowledge on the network in our team that will help you.
