Fix Excel corrupt file

We have an Excel corrupt file and we need to fix it. We have used some solution on the internet and programs, but it doesnt work.

We have used programs like

1. Repair my excel
2. Stellar Phoenix Excel Repair
3. Kernel data recovery
4. Recover Excel File
5. Excel Recovery Tools
6. Corrupt Excel Files recovery ....etc

IT DOES NOT WORK, dont bother to download them. Also, we have tried to installing Open office and opening with it without results.

We have to face a problem with excel files (OLE Header) and (OLE Header Structure) corruption. We have take that message from a repair excel program.

File open - OK
OLE Header Corrupt - X
OLE Header Structure Corrupt - X
Reading BIFF - OK

We need someone to fix that file to work like before and to show us the solution.
