Perform FTP request using Node8

Im looking for someone to set up a Node 8 script to pull a file from a ftp server. Ive been using package/ftp but have been having some difficulties.
(keep getting error: Error: Timeout while connecting to server)

Happy to provide my current script if that can simply be rectified. Any other well supported & popular library can be considered. Happy to provide login details to the successful freelancer.
Note: Login works fine in Filezilla.

This is fairly urgent - turnaround time of a day or two
