Developer needed for creating a responsive audio/ beats/music website

What the deliverable is

We want a website developer to build from ground up, an audio, music, best selling website that could easily be integrated to a phone app in the near future

- both users ( buyers and sellers) should be able to create a login account
-sellers can post beats and music for sell and licensing
-the should be an immediate download after purchase
-sellers and fans should be able to comment on posts
-private messaging should be available so buyers can send direct messages to sellers (a chat form is preferable )

An example to the type of site will be beatstars.
