C++ and OpenCV Chroma Key Module Needed

The deliverable is:

- A Chroma-Key filter module for Kurento Media Server
Requirements:
1) It should be should be similar to this (github/Kurento/kms-chroma), but must be able to be installed on Ubuntu Xenial and compatible with Kurento 6.13.0

2) Should use OpenCV to detect the correct background color and tolerance, but both of these values should be configurable by passing options to the module

3) The detected background should be made transparent-- there is no need to replace the background with an image

4) It should be written in C++

Please provide hourly rate and estimated hours. If you prefer, you can provide a fixed cost instead.
