Website Developer Needed With HTML and JavaScript Experience

We are looking for a web developer to assist with displaying dynamic content on our WordPress website.

How it needs to work:

When a user clicks one of our digital ads, we will add a custom URL parameter to the link in the ad with their location. eg. ?city=Vancouver

The applicable content on the landing page will need to be updated based on the URL parameter.

If that user visits other pages within the website, we would like other dynamic content to be updated based on the original URL parameter (in this example: ?city=Vancouver).

We would also like to use cookies to make sure when the user comes back to the website, it displays the same dynamic content.

Our website is built on Wordpress using Elementor Pro and hosted with Wp-engine.
