A wordpress website

Hi, i am a journalist and really looking forward to build an website and a app for my work. For this I want to make a website that will be one time paid job for applicant . The website should be made on wordpress plus should be readily customisable by me . Logo design is not required. Hosting and all other paid investments will be made by me.The website must have enable mail subscription system with MailChimp, should have all social engaging buttons embedded. Links will be given by me.
