Windows 10 Windows Explorer Search not working properly

We are having difficulty getting the Windows 10 Window Explorer Search bar to display all relevant files in folders on our share drive. When we try searching by keyword only a fraction of the documents that contain the keyword(s) in the name appears. We intend on keeping far more information in the share drive folders after our company changes operating systems, so we have to be able to reliably find files using the search function.

We are looking for someone who can give straightforward instructions on how to change the settings so that we can easily access the files on the share drive from all of the company computers.
