Developer needed for Power Automate flow to parse emails and send reply texts

Need a Microsoft Automate flow to parse the body of incoming emails (data is in a regular format for ease of parsing), then send automatic replies through text and email to the parsed values. All requisite connectors and access will be provided. Sample email form submission details will also be provided once the job is accepted. Workflow should resemble the following:

Email form received > Automate flow commences > Email data is parsed > Text message is sent to phone number in the form > Email is sent to email address in the form > Automate flow completes

Note that we will need the ability to edit the text and email templates periodically, so they must be accessible and easy to update.
