Office 365 + Microsoft Azure Specialist + Docker

Hello, we need someone highly skilled in O365 and azure AD, VM Networking to help us setup and maintain some key things.

Office 365

1) Phone system with auto attendants, call que, group ringing, teams enabled hardware etc.
2) we have multiple divisions of our group. We want to have each division in its own directory so we can switch directories in Microsoft Teams instead of everyone mixing in the same directory under different teams. (migrate existing Teams over to new directory). Some users will be on all directories, some will be locked into just theirs.
3) streamline and confirm most efficient licenses for what we want to do.
4) make sure we are using Sharepoint correctly.

Azure

1) Deploy a VM web server with Docker, each domain has its own dedicated server and public IP. Use of LEMP stack web server a plus.
2) Setup site to site gateway for our branch routers to be VPNd to our cloud infrastructure (10.x.x.x. ip block subnet assigned to each branch) (microtik Routers)
3) setup a separate VPN tunnel just for CCTV to route to Head Office instead of through azure gateway.
4) Configure roles for users just to administer the VM web servers only.
5) Design and Deploy ADAAS with domain controllers in the cloud.
6) Setup Microsoft Intune to manage company hardware devices (computers and phones)
7) Train in-house IT engineer we will hire in the future on how the setup was done
8) Document infrastructure in Visio document.
