website for questions/answers and grading with a student login. similar to "testmoz" websitesite

we already purchased the domain

we already designed our website on wix (it can simply be copied) and we have all the resources for the website (photos and such)

--->What we need is for someone to add a portion to the website where students can login and do tests (multiple choice tests WITH GRADING) Those tests must include the ability to add photos , videos and audio. Testmoz is great but looks not so professional and the smart part to save traffic is they allow to embed youtube videos and soundcloud to save on data traffic from their site

When students login they should be presented with various subjects to choose from
Business English vocabulary
Business Ethics
Business Professionalism
Business xxxxxx

That sections should be designed in a way , where I can login as an administrator and add/delete/adjust all the questions/correct answers and embed photos , videos or sounds (again see testmoz website, its exactly what we need but nicer looking with options to choose which subject

You do not need to add the questions, I simply need a section on my website and I can add them all myself, again similar to the testmoz webstie

additionally, we need a database of students, that database of students will have information such as :
sign up date, length of schools plan in class room (we have both in class and online classes)
start and expiry date of online courses, once its expired they are no longer able to access the online courses from our website
NO DOUBLE LOGIN FOR STUDENTS, only 1 student can login with that name and password

Again, you can simply create a section and we can add the necessary boxes and labels we can do all the work, we simply need a section for database of students and we can add all the info ourselves.
