Looking for a self-reliant go-getter to help us staff our classrooms at two family owned daycare centers. Would be responsible for generating leads and scheduling interviews for each location. Generating leads could include but would not be limited to: locating and posting on various local job boards, posting job descriptions, conducting preliminary phone screens, and increasing the overall level of applicants at each location.
