Wordpress sites-need someone to finish and tweak

I had someone create one stand alone site and 4 sites within a multi network in wordpress. I have several things that were not completed. I am looking for someone to do the following: On the stand alone site, right now the product pages have an image to the left and the ordering details to the right. I want the image removed and the order details spread from left to right, as well as boxes put around the select options as the site is not very clear to see (I need this done on two sites). I also need all the text to be darker. For the 4 multi networked sites, I need all Add to Cart buttons to be select options as the customer must choose items set up in global cart. Multi address is partially set up, but is not working correctly I need that fixed. Because of multi address, one of my sites is not calculating the taxes, I need that fixed. I need to be able to print all orders from the networked site from one central location. Please reply with quote and time frame on how much and when work would be completed. Thank you
