We are currently processing TIFF/PDF documents in our PHP Codeigniter web app. We would like a script that is able to split the TIFF and PDF files into individual pages, then also have the ability to reconstruct some combination of those individual pages into both TIFF and PDF files.

Our web app is written in PHP, so we prefer the script to be written and be able to deploy within the app itself.
