Hello!

I am looking to build a website and mobile application that will help lobbyists in California track, maintain, and analyse bills. Currently, a company is already doing this but the software is not that intuitive or good. This company does not have any competition at all and is charging users $200 a month for access to the software. They currently have over 1000 people using this software. The opportunity is very lucrative if i find a developer that is extremely skilled to make a product that can be better for the users.

I will pay $500 a month to the Developer plus 25% ownership in the company. This is negotiable based on skill set and experience.
