Looking to Have 7 very specific and complex workflows automated for our Property management business. Want to use the Microsoft Flow plat form, with excel spreadsheets being the initial trigger point.

Having a bot developed to pull updated data from our platform into a .csv file.

Developer will have to pull develop system to recognize new data into the source sheet and develop excel sheet to start multiple flows from.

Several flows will have communication and approval components. Others will have pdfs that will need to be filled out and signed.
