Python coder who can Data Analysis and computation (using Pandas)

I basically have an excel sheet that has a lot of information in different columns. I imported it into Jupyter Notebook and imported relevant libraries to do data manipulation and computations but I have not been able to get the numbers Im looking for. I need someone who can do computations and has a strong grasp of Python. This is a sensitive project so I would much rather email a picture of the task. Thank you.
