Support Desk Automation for our Wordpress Site

Our wordpress site needs a support ticketing solution where our customers can send us feedback, as for client support, chat (?), etc. Installed Awesome Support plugin and it crashed our site.

Need someone who can quickly install a high quality 3rd party add-in and set the whole thing up for us. Must include matching our brand identity (logos, colors) and a solution for us to manage the workflow.

Looking for someone to give us the answer. Not overengineer the solution, but rather deliver 90% of what we need in short order.
