We are in need of a programmer/coder to create an Algorithm for a website
the program/code should find which properties are listed for both Sale or Let (Rental) with the option to filter by Property, number of rooms, how long it has been on the market for. We want to have a list in a file format that has these criteria.
RightMove will show only For Sale or To Rent but what we want is to have the list for any property that are listed for both by the owner of the property.
Ability to integrate the program to our CRM
