UX Design Work for my QA website

NOTES:
- No agencies
- This is a small project that is meant to test the freelancers work in the hope for more work

I own a QA website that helps the members of a professional industry to post questions and answers for each other. Im launching a new member badge that indicates what level of member they are (platinum, gold, silver, bronze, newbie) based on their level of activities on the website.

Im looking for ways to highlight the badge on different pages on the website. Weve come up with a mock up right now but it looks a bit out of place and Im looking for a UX designer to design the badges and show me how to place them on the website.

If things go well with this project, I will have a few more projects for them and eventually a complete a redesign of the website (4 months from now)
