Provide chat based consultation to update nginx on ubuntu 18.04 production server for a website to make nginx extremely high performance server and other updates in nginx configs, etc.

iptabbles or ufw configs to block requests with certain url patterns such as /blog/login.php and other security enhancement.

Make changes in Java app systemd configs to make it production grade such as changing user the java app runs as etc. etc.


You must know how to setup ubuntu to serve java web application (or any custom developed app) as a systemd service.

May to update shell script that copies static resources from java jar file when jar file is uploaded.

You must have very strong production grade experience in ubuntu server admin.

Previous linux admin did the configs but certain configs were done incorrectly. Need to correct those mistakes.

Note that this fixed price job. Additional good bonus will be paid if job is done very well.

You must be available to work on this project. Please do not bid if you will be very busy in something else while working on this project.
