Open cart developer needed

About us:
I am looking for a freelancer who can develop website in opencart for me

What were looking for:
i have an HTML theme ready with me which needs to be integrated in Opencart
*No payment method required on website for now
*login&signup
*order can be placed without payment
*admin will confirm order by calling himself to user and can confirm order
*admin should change the status of the oder as per required and user can get notification

its pretty much straight forward.

- Experience translating designer mock-ups and wireframes into front-end code
- Software platforms, frameworks, languages, databases, unit tests, version control, APIs
