Last finishes of interior design squarespace website before going live

I need someone highly professional who can help me refining and finishing up my Squarespace 7.1 website so it can go live asap. Looking for someone who is very fluent and creative in coding and who equally has a feel for aesthetics. Things that need to be done:

- I need to get the header with tabs on the home page as this gives more accessibility to the visitor. The header with tabs needs to be on top of the background photo with no white background block, so transparent and just the tabs, in white just as the logo.

- There are two tabs that both have a dropdown folder are not clickable right now and they absolutely need to be clickable and linked to their respective landing page, otherwise it feels like a dead tab. Ive been reading up on google and Squarespace forums that there are ways around it with code.
- Cookie popup needs to pop up on the two other language pages in their respective language. The website has 3 languages.

- Changing the words first/last name in the contact form in two other respective languages.

- Linking of languages to the respective page you were on. Right now if you click on a language you are redirected to its specific homepage which is not very user friendly.

- Some other small things that may come along during the process.
