Need a mobile application built

Our application is called Tori. Tori is a bill splitting application that allows users to take (or upload) a photo of a receipt and divide that receipt up accordingly amongst the users within the application (at the table). Submitted receipts are itemized and broken down digitally within the application through natural language processing. The feed on the receipt is live so you can see when someone is grabbing a line item for themselves. Users can share line items with other users. Users can add people to the receipt. Adding people can be done from Tori to Tori through the application. Adding people can also be done by sending a text message to someone within my contacts. The final way a user can be added to the receipt is by adding a Non-Tori user. All Non-Tori users are controlled by the user that added the Non-Tori user.

I will share screens & SOW to fully understand what we are looking for in the app with shortlisted candidates.
