Apache Expert .. Need help fixing settings for links to properly display

Hello.. I recently upgraded apache to 2.4 and php to 5.6 in order for a plugin to work on wordpress.. in the process it broke another plugin.. the plugin uses /s in the urls and the new version of apache isnt allowing that to work..

Also, I tried messing with the settings and recompiling apache and in the middle of it the page worked.. and then broke again.. so it has to be a specific setting in apache that is breaking the site.
