Magento 2 Expert - Million+ SKUs

We are looking for a Magento 2 Guru who has experience working with a million+ SKUs.

Must also have speed optimization skills in caching, using varnish, redis, etc, along with ultimate PHP skills, who has the ability to build custom applications and build business processes for us.

Cached website pages are loading pretty fast. The problem starts by requesting uncached pages.

Initial page generation may take up to 10 seconds, so, first of all, we need to debug this to understand what exactly is causing such delay and may be optimize SQL requests, code, etc.
