Wireshark able to run as service, when logoff, it still running without terminate

I already have the problem with Wireshark, when the pc logoff, the wireshark will terminate. i need this software is because, the windows server everyday receiving the incoming message, need wireshark track all the log. As you know, the server usually is logout, when you need to access, then only loggin.
Any idea, how to solve this problem? can make it run as service? or something?
i dunno much about the wireshark, or intro similar software and able to run without terminate or stop after logout from windows.
