Music Quiz Landing Page with back end data capture

We need a simple full bleed landing page (almost identical to WeTransfer main page) that autoplays a song and prompts a quiz question about that song when the visitor arrives to the page. A video of a host (pre-shot on chromakey screen) will pop up and also ask the question. Listeners answer question and data collection form pops up entering them into a drawing for a cash prize.

Backend programming needs to be constructed so visitor does not receive the same question twice. CMS system should allow us to self-enter songs and questions going forward after buildout. Listener data capture is the main objective. We are fans of sleek and streamlined design. We have the content- just need a great programmer to design the tools!
