Need a design for a new card game

I have developed a new card game and I am looking to redesign the cards. The game consists of 70 cards, with 5 suits of color numbered 1-13 and 5 wild cards.
The name of the game is RUMSKI.
I am looking for a design for the face and back of the cards.
I will share an images with shortlisted freelancers to explain what the first edition looked like.
