'Design Contest' website with features similar to 99designs & BrandBucket needed

I need an experienced developer who can develop a website that will offer logo design contests and sell domain names.

We want a website

Feature #1 - the site will offer logo design contests.

-The client pays to post a contest, and designers bid and provide design examples.
-The client can comment and chat with all designers who bid.
-Client awards a winner
-The designer gets paid 75% of the client fees - we keep 25%

Feature #2 - the site will sell domain names

We will sell our domain names + a user can register and sell his domain names and we keep 10% commission. We will also charge a small fee to create a logo for the domain.
