Podcast creation

I would like to create a podcast. I am new to this area, so I need help in setting it up on either my webpage or on a podcast platform. I would like a small jingle created that I can use in my podcasts. I would also like for you to help me set it up and with the aim that I can maintain the podcast and then rely on you for help. I would like to this to be set up in a timely manner of approx. 2 weeks. I will share our webpage data with selected freelancers.
