Salesforce Developer

Plum Tree Group, Inc. is recruiting Salesforce Developers in United States to join our fast growing team. These developers will have the unique opportunity to shape and create user friendly, innovative and cutting-edge Vlocity vertical web apps from the ground up based on the Salesforce Platform.

What You Bring Along:

Have 2+ years of Salesforce development and customization experience, including experience with APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Components and Salesforce APIs
Have used the Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Community Cloud platforms in the past
Fundamental understanding of using web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) to build modern web applications
Think in terms of simplicity and scalability when implementing solutions. No overengineering needed
Have a knack for listening and interpreting user requirements and then turning them into technical realities
Experience with Agile development practices and a sprint delivery model


Mandatory Qualifications :

Salesforce Apex coding experience (a great Java coder can easily be converted)
Use of standard development tools
Source code control
APEX Doc
Agile
Proficient in data structures and databases
Understanding of metadata and extensibility of an infrastructure
Excellent customer interaction skills

Desirable Qualifications

Must be a highly effective communicator
Can work independently, and with a team, to meet deadlines
