Sourcing Bamboo Panels with followup coordination

Help us identify suppliers of solid strand or 3-ply bamboo panels.
We need 6.35mm thick natural bamboo in horizontal form.
We need at least E1 finish quality.
These are for indoor applications to be recut into another assembly.
We prefer smaller panels but can work up to the standard 2440mm x 1220mm that seems common
If possible 300mm x 300mm panels, or something similar if slightly larger would be ideal.

breakout for each supplier as:

Name of supplier
Weblink to supplier page
Approximate pricing on a per/unit basis standardized for all entries $/sf or currency/squaremeasure
Pricing breaks for volume
Expected delivery timeframes upon deposit/payment arranged
Delivery to Seattle or Long Beach ports for trans shipment to warehouse
Special guidance/rules to follow/complications for this supplier

Upon successful selection of a supplier we may re-engage you for further coordination at a negotiated rate
