please do not answer the following questions, we need to discuss this in details and etc... this is a fixed contract, no underbidders!

After reading the details, please update me with your asking price!

Description:
I am looking to build a multi-vendor marketplace to support the buying and selling of motorcycles and equipment.

As a seller: users need to create motorcycle adverts that will last 30 days on the website, they can also list gears for sale again each listing lasts 30 days. When an item is sold, they must be able to create and purchase postage labels via third-party companies, such as UPS or FedEx.

As a buyer, I need a secure platform to make the purchase, view the advert, filter the results, chat with the seller and message them if needed.

So think of this as an eBay, Amazon-like platform

The website must be SUPER-SUPER RESPONSIVE: THIS IS THE KEY. Users must be able to navigate through the website, upload and view the pictures swiftly.

I dont want off the shelf templates, you can, however, use some CMS to make your job faster.

API:
This will need to include the development of a secure REST API which will also be consumed by a mobile application and website. The data source will need to be based on Azure (maybe AWS).

For long term management, I would be after an easy to use the dashboard to update the site manually when required.

Integrations:
- PayPal
- Postage API integration so the sellers can purchase the label through our website

Mobile App:

Hybrid, we can do this cross-platform, maybe React Native.

Please take a few minutes to answer the following 5 questions, if you say something like lets discuss this or that subject over skype will immediately reject your proposal. You can, however, ask for more info but I believe I have obtained you with enough information to give you the full future.

Many thanks for your time and suggestions.
