Interior Design | 3D rendering | Architecture rendering of apartment

Im searching for a freelancer or agency to be able to handle our first apartment conversion project based in London. Our desire is to create dwellings that could be affordable, yet uncompromising on attention to detail and finish. Designer should be able to sketch up each apartment to maximize natural light and space with modern styling also furnish and design three separate moodboard for each apartment I do not have any particular furniture/finishes in mind, and I will require someone who has good interior design skills to furnish and render.

Requirements of project are:

- Layout plan
- Moodboard (choosing material, color, lighting, furniture)
- 2D drawing of an idea
- 3D modelling of approved design

3D renders for the following rooms
- Hallway
- Livingroom
- Kitchen
- Bedroom
- Bathroom

I have the following reference materials
- Floor Plans
- Inspiration ideas
- Picture of location
