Need SSL/TLS certificates on both the client and the database server updated ASAP

My mobile app has stopped connecting to my AWS RDS DB due to an expired SSL/TLS Certificate, leaving my hundreds of users unable to use the app. This should take an experienced DevOps engineer only a few minutes of tweaks to resolve!

Repair or replace .pem cert on AWS

I cant get SSH access with my existing key (.pem certificates seem to be a common problem) on AWS. I need help to repair or generate new keys. Then to grant access to some new users with gmail authentication. Price is flexible.
