DevOps needed for Scalability / Performance Testing: Symfony API

We are searching for an experienced DevOps to help with scalability testing on our production environment which consists of two core components: a Symfony API and a NoSQL database (MongoDB), both hosted on AWS EC2. The API uses NGINX.

I have deployed an isolated and independent staging cluster which is an exact clone of our live production environment, and am searching for someone to help create and run scalability tests to identify performance bottlenecks and help develop an understanding of our APIs scalability. These tests must be based on simulated yet realistic user behavior in order to help develop understanding of performance bottlenecks at scale.

Must have experience with writing test scenarios, performance testing, scalability testing, PHP/Symfony APIs and cloud infrastructure. System architect experience is an asset.

The goal of this testing is to understand at what point of concurrent users we must scale the API horizontally. In addition to testing, there is also room for continued DevOps work in setting up scaling policies for our cloud infrastructure.
