Radar View Code for iOS Project (Swift or Objective-C)

Im working on a project in iOS and I need to add a radar looking view that:

1. Displays dots on the radar based on their coordinates vs user coordinates. User coordinates are received from a CLLocationManager centralized in the app
2. Updates the position of the dots as the user moves his phone around. By moving the phone the CLLocationManager updates the heading and the radar has to change the position of the dots accordingly

Ive done some quick research and found several older open source projects that are close to what I need but they all need some work to be usable.
GOAL OF THIS TASK
Develop an open source RadarView that can be integrated in any XCode project. The RadarView:
- Can be developed in Swift or Objective C
- Should rely on an external CLLocationManager for heading and location updates. So the CLLocationManager must be provided as parameter when initializing the RadarView
- Should have a basic user interface with a circle and dots moving
- Should be shown as subview on any UIView in the app that will serve as container
- Should have a method to create 2-3 dots with hardcoded coordinates to show on the radar
- Has to be delivered in a minimal XCode project in order to be tested

If you scroll among the projects I linked earlier there is everything that is needed, you just need to mix them up.

DEADLINE
I need this code ready by the end of next week. Bonus if you can deliver earlier and its easy to implement.
