Develop a project in Xamarin Forms for Visual Studio (2017 or 2019) for an Android and iPhone app that will replace our existing native apps. Our Android app is outdated and needs to be re-done. Would prefer a Xamarin Forms project so all work (code and interfaces) can be done as one rather than two separate native interfaces.

The apps are for a golf league website that has a webservice. The apps will interface with the website and database through the webservice using JSON, to display golfers, the schedule, scores, and allow score entry. All interfaces to the webservice will be provided.
