Cosmetic Formulation : Daily Use Face Oil

We are looking for a custom formulation for a organic liquid daily face oil.

It should match most skin types and function as an all in one treatment replacing the need to layer products (serum + eye creme + moisturiser). For use day and night.

We plan to sell the oil, and looking for a cost of goods of around 25%-30%.

Key Ingredients should consist of as many of the following ingredients as possible, however we are also open to alternatives on your recommendation:
- aloe vera
- jojoba oil
- Buriti oil (or carrot)
- lily
- avocado oil

Fragrance tbd.
packaging: glass bottle with dropper
size : 30ml

Freelancer should be based in EU and familiar with all relevant EU regulations.

Please provide a quote and lead times. Also please let us know if you provide stability testing and other necessary steps in order to manufacture the product, and if so, provide this as a seperate line item in the quote.
