Web developer to code PSD to wordpress landing page

Looking for an experienced web developer who can code my PSDs into a responsive landing page.

It is a very simple project that requires the following

1. Code existing PSDs into Responsive website
2.Design and Code 1 additional page (mild graphic design required)
2.a booking page for leads that has API integration with acuity scheduling
3. Forwarding of contact forms to email
4. SSL certificate integrated
5. 1 financial calculator integrated into the web page.

I have attached the .psd and pngs for you to review, please note these do not include the 1 additional pages that i require.

Additional comments
-looking for a developer with experience in landing pages
-looking for a developer that can do the project quickly
-there will be some ongoing work for the further development of landing pages if a good job is done
- two more .psds to follow shortly
- will require unlimited changes to the site to ensure i am happy with it

please quote fixed price for the job.
