Creative Cartoon Character Illustration / Icons Design (Ongoing Job)

We need a creative illustrator to work with us longer term on developing a character design for our website application project. There will be several different illustrations for the same character and we also need some related icons / graphics designed on the side for the same project.

I will share a good example of the type of animation and character design with shortlisted candidates

As you browser through the two websites, you will see the character in action on various pages. We need something creative like this done for our project. Details and specs will be provided to the selected freelancer. Also please note that this will be an ongoing job and as the project develops, we will continue to need more graphics and resources designed for it. We would like to proceed by milestones and will breakdown the job into various tasks each for a fixed price after discussing and finalizing the details with the selected freelancer.
