(Currently using Prosperworks, must have feature (1) gmail automatic integration to pool emails coming from a contact to different team members (2) automatic data gathering (3) field customisation up to 20-25 fields)


- 1 We need consultancy to understand if we can do cost efficiency moving to another crm who match our needs and is cheaper.

- 2 we need support to organise/rationalise the custom fields

- 3 if we identify the right cheaper version, we need support to migrate 1k user profile and -250 companies
