Basically we are a real estate firm and we need someone to scan through different public government website search portals for information pertaining to each property. We find information using a variety of sources and input data into an excel spreadsheet. The next person will determine if it is a warm or cold lead based on info found. This is an ongoing gig. Can last anywhere from 1-4 months and be seasonal. We don t like to retrain so steady arrangement needed.

Must have some real estate experience.
Must be able to use Google Drive.
Must have reliable website access.
Must be self-motivated.
Fast reader or scanner is helpful.
