I have a series of image that I need to apply Computer Vision ML software and libraries to. I need someone experienced with off the shelf libraries such as Amazon & Googles.

I have a dataset of 50,000 row which has duplicates and the same categories spelled differently. Type 2 diabetes would be T2DM or Diabetes Type 2 or Diabetes T2.

I need someone to use either an Elbow method to determine the right amount of clusters, then cluster the data together.
